Responsibilities

• Overall program and logistics management in support of contract requirements.
• Liaison to the COR/PMO, ensuring compliance with contract terms.
• Coordination with division and branch leadership through monthly meetings.
• Monitoring program performance through data-driven reporting.
• Creating a detailed Program Management Plan (PMP).
• Facilitating monthly meetings with FLS Divisions and branch Leadership.
• Overseeing and managing the overall contract program.
• Ensuring staffing levels meet PWS workload requirements.
• Collecting/validating material requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with site/security rules and controlled item procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program management and logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience managing government service contracts.
• Knowledge of OSHA-aligned safety practices for material handling.
• Strong stakeholder coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Additional Requirements

• PMP certification highly desired.
