Client Overview

Our client in the manufacturing field is seeking a Contract Recruiter to help with high-volume recruitment.

Position Overview

The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to help support hiring needs. The Contract Recruiter must be bilingual in Spanish and have experience working with UKG.

Responsibilities Of The Contract Recruiter

• Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates for manufacturing and hourly roles.
• Develop and post job descriptions across job boards, social media, and industry networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety guidelines, and company hiring policies.
• Maintain a candidate database and track applicant progress

Required Experience/Skills for the Contract Recruiter:

• Must be bilingual in Spanish.
• Proficiency with UKG is required.
• Onboarding and/or I-9 experience is preferred.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
