Contract Recruiter

Overview

We are seeking a Contract Recruiter to support a high-volume hiring initiative across production and technical roles. This role requires someone who can manage the full recruiting process and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Conduct phone/video interviews and recommend candidates to hiring managers
• Support high-volume hiring across production and technical roles
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback and process movement
• Assist with offer process in partnership with HR

Qualifications

• Recruiting experience (full-cycle preferred or strong sourcing background)
• Experience handling high-volume requisitions
• Manufacturing or production recruiting experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
