Talent Solutions Group is working with a growing Company for a Contract Recruiter Position. Previous experience in pharmaceutical, biomedical technology, medical devices and related industries is required. This person will contribute to attracting, sourcing, selecting and hiring top talent that has the necessary skills and competencies required to support current and future business needs.
As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for building an ongoing candidate pipeline, partnering with recruiters and key stakeholders to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective high volume search process for openings.
Requirements
- 3 years recruiting in medical device, Pharmaceutical or Biotech is required.
