Your expertise in applicant tracking systems will be crucial as you assess candidates and maintain seamless communication throughout the recruitment process. Help connect the right candidates with the right opportunities while being part of a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload and monitor postings in the ATS
• Participate in community recruitment events
• Review applications and conduct prescreening interviews
• Schedule and participate in interviews as needed
• Analyze data for recruitment targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2+ years in high-volume recruitment
• Familiarity with ATS and job boards
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
• Passion for community impact and customer service
