Contract G&A Recruiter

Optimize Partners is an executive search and consulting firm providing top-tier talent to technology focused organizations. We are seeking a Contract G&A Recruiter to support hiring across General & Administrative functions, including Finance, Legal, People, Operations, and other corporate roles. In this role, you will support the talent acquisition team of our client, a fast-growing SaaS start-up, and partner closely with their business leaders to deliver thoughtful, efficient, and inclusive hiring experiences. This is a 6 month fully remote assignment (US only) .

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for G&A roles, from intake and sourcing through offer and close
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels
• Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and values alignment
• Coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, and deliver an excellent candidate experience
• Track recruiting activity and pipeline progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS), and provide updates to hiring managers and stakeholders
• Contribute to employer branding and process improvements across G&A recruiting

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on G&A or corporate roles
• Experience hiring in a fast paced high-growth tech environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and meet hiring timelines
• Familiarity with different ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools
• Passion for building inclusive, fair, and data-informed hiring practices
