Contract Talent Recruiter - Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting efforts for client roles from intake to offer
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates while managing candidate communication

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or contract)
• Ability to manage multiple roles or priorities simultaneously
• Experience with ATS platforms; Zoho Recruit experience is a plus
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Experience recruiting in hospitality, operations, or corporate roles is a plus
