Position Details

• Type: Freelance
• Compensation: $50/hour
• Location: Remote
• Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design and optimize prompts with multiple constraints and instructions.
• Conduct model testing and grading by running prompts through models and assessing outputs.
• Support benchmarking and quality assurance to ensure prompt tasks meet rigor and consistency.
• Collaborate in QA review processes for integration into official benchmarks.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Master's or PhD in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Math.
• Strong writing and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar tools for academic questions.
• Use of macOS and/or iOS.
• Based in US or Canada.
