Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review journal entries
• Produce precise financial statements in a timely manner
• Collaborate with external accounting firms
• Manage month-end closing activities
• Ensure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in reconciliations and general ledger functions
• Familiarity with balance sheets and accounting software
• Ability to perform account reconciliations and accruals
• Knowledge of fixed assets and internal control procedures
• Quick Books

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in financial reporting
• Strong aptitude for financial analysis
• Understanding of accounts receivable processes

Compensation and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $70,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $75,000.00
• Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, life insurance, 401(k), vacation leave, sick leave, holiday pay, and paid time off
