Responsibilities

• Digitalization in reporting for the areas of production, sales, and financial controlling of 4 companies
• Ensuring data quality and data integrity for reporting requirements
• Monitoring of reports in controlling and proactive identification of bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and potential for improvement
• Integration into the controlling team, reporting and definition of tasks in coordination with the Head of Controlling
• Development and implementation of measures to increase process efficiency and effectiveness
• Preparation of monthly financial statements as well as relevant key figures and ad-hoc analyses
• Handling large amounts of data and participation in various controlling projects in the course of digital transformation

Qualifications

• Completed studies (Data Science, Business Informatics, etc.) or corresponding training/experience in the development of digitized reports
• Proficient in SQL databases
• Experience in controlling or accounting
• Experience with Cognos and/or QlikView or comparable BI tools is an advantage
• Dedicated team player with analytical skills and strong communication skills
