Our real estate client based in Rockville, MD seeks a Controller to run all of the financial close, reporting, budgeting/forecasting, build and oversee an outsourced accounting ops team, work with year-end auditors and tax advisors, and own all cash flow forecasting. The company is growing quickly via acquisitions. This is a highly visible role with significant interaction with leadership.
Requirements
- Real estate experience
- PE background
- CPA/highly preferred
Compensation
- Cash compensation up to $190K + equity.
Location
- This role is mostly remote, 1-2 days a month in the office for team meetings.
