Are you ready to reinvent customer communication? We are designing our next-generation voice portal – with intelligent AI, a modern CCaaS solution, and the full power of Google Cloud (GCP). As part of our agile squad, you are more than just an engineer & developer: you are the architect of a completely new service experience. If you want to contribute your passion for cloud technologies to a strategically important project from the very beginning, you are in the right place.

Your Responsibilities:

• You design and build the scalable, future-proof architecture for our voice and customer chat solutions based on Google Cloud and a leading CCaaS platform.
• You conceptualize and realize robust connectors to seamlessly integrate the new platform with our core systems.
• You implement AI-powered voice agents and fully leverage the potential of the technology with our partner.
• You develop the logic with which our voice agent autonomously resolves customer concerns by triggering actions directly in our systems.
• You live DevOps. From implementation and automated testing to the CI/CD pipeline with Jenkins, you ensure quality and drive automation forward.
• You take on technical product responsibility, improve code structure through refactoring, and ensure first-class monitoring with tools like Splunk and Grafana.

You:

• Have completed a degree, an apprenticeship in IT, or equivalent practical qualifications.
• Possess sound experience in configuring and operating cloud environments, ideally on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Are proficient in programming (preferably Python, Java, Spring) and building microservices using REST APIs.
• Have practical experience with technologies such as Google Cloud Functions, Terraform, Splunk, Grafana, and Gitlab.
• Consider clean code a given, live agile working, bring genuine team spirit, and are motivated to learn new architectures and technologies.
