Responsibilities

• You are actively involved in the development and further development of chatbot solutions in the area of Conversational AI.
• You use Cognigy as the central platform for chatbots and also bring in experience from other chatbot technologies if necessary.
• Your tasks include the implementation of chatbot use cases for various specialist areas, from the technical idea to productive use.
• Furthermore, you support the integration of chatbots into existing backend, process, and system landscapes, including web frontend development.
• You evaluate new possibilities such as Agentic AI, multi-agent architectures, and other technologies.
• In close cooperation with experienced colleagues from the voice and chat environment, you will continuously develop your technical depth and actively contribute to building a common understanding of Conversational AI within the team.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate has a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
• Fluent German language skills at C1 level are required.
• You have initial professional experience in the development of chatbots or Conversational AI solutions, including web frontend development.
• Practical experience with Cognigy or a comparable chatbot platform is an advantage, as is a solid understanding of dialog design, text-based use cases, and technical contexts.
• Programming experience, especially with Python or JavaScript, is also important.
• Initial exposure to cloud environments or modern development approaches such as CI/CD and agile methods is desirable.
• You enjoy working in a team, take responsibility for your topics, and have the desire to develop professionally.
