About the role

Position Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all digital menu and signage requirements across platforms.
  • Manage and update digital screen systems, maintaining proficiency in proprietary software.
  • Ahead of each event, execute timely content updates on digital menu boards and screens, ensuring accuracy of items, descriptions, allergens (as provided), and pricing.
  • Monitor screen performance and accuracy; troubleshoot minor issues and escalate to IT or our Partner as required.
  • Create and edit print-ready materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards and sponsorship requirements.
  • Support layout design and organization of menu boards to enhance readability and guest decision-making.
  • Conduct regular audits of menu boards during events to ensure alignment with POS system data.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support troubleshooting and ongoing system functionality.
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Culinary teams to execute promotional content and initiatives.
  • Track menu changes and maintain accurate documentation for operational reference.
  • Maintain strong documentation practices, including version control, standardized templates, and reference materials.
  • Oversee and ensure consistency of allergen communication across all menus.
  • Support seasonal planning and special hospitality projects.
  • Provide additional support and take on responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required

  • Fluent in verbal and written English communication, with the ability to professionally communicate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong proofreading, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Experience managing digital content, menus, or signage (e.g., digital menu boards, Ampboard platforms, or similar tools).
  • Strong working knowledge of graphic design applications.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Understanding of food service operations and the impact of menu accuracy on speed of service and guest experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Comfortable working with menu data, spreadsheets, and basic reporting to identify discrepancies and opportunities.
  • A blend of creative design capability and operational precision, with the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education/Training: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Experience: 1+ year experience with digital content creation.
  • Direct experience with Ampboards and/or IPTVs is considered an asset.
  • Consistent availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays in alignment with the event schedule.
