En tant que Coordonnateur(trice) de projets de construction au sein de notre équipe REMS à Montréal, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’exécution efficace de toutes les phases des projets, de l’appel d’offres jusqu’à la clôture. Vous êtes une personne organisée, proactive et dotée d’une attitude positive. Résumé des principales responsabilités
- Suivre et créer les CDR et effectuer les suivis liés à la construction
- Mettre à jour les registres de projets, LLW, CAPEX et TI, et superviser le suivi des dossiers d’affaires
- Créer les factures relatives aux frais de gestion de projets
- Rédiger les dossiers d’affaires sous la direction de l’équipe immobilière et du gestionnaire de construction
- Mettre à jour les fichiers CAPEX selon les directives reçues
- Participer aux processus de préconstruction et d’appels d’offres, incluant la révision des soumissions finales
- Développer et maintenir les registres de risques, registres des enjeux et dépôts de documents
- Accompagner le gestionnaire de projet lors des réunions de chantier
- Effectuer les inspections de site et créer les éléments d’action requis
- Assurer le suivi des coûts et préparer des rapports de gestion des changements
- Créer les bons de commande pour les projets
- Coordonner les besoins de construction des locataires
- Contribuer à la préparation des budgets de construction
- Participer à la révision des documents de construction des locataires pour le propriétaire
- Coordonner avec l’équipe de construction corporative
- Examiner les baux (TI, LLW) et autres exigences des gestionnaires
- Préparer et soumettre les dossiers TI et LLW des locataires pour paiement
- Accomplir toute autre tâche connexe
Profil recherché
- Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en coordination de projets de construction en gestion immobilière
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets, échéanciers et livrables simultanément
- Expérience avec YARDI et autres logiciels de gestion immobilière
- Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle et en communication écrite et orale
- Maîtrise de Word, Excel, Outlook et PowerPoint
- Capacité d’interpréter des plans et devis multidisciplinaires
- Sens élevé de l’initiative, autonomie et éthique de travail rigoureuse
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans des délais serrés
- Professionnalisme élevé et solides aptitudes interpersonnelles
- Bilinguisme français/anglais requis
- Formation postsecondaire en technologie de l’architecture, science du bâtiment ou gestion de projet
- Démarche vers un PMP ou RPA considérée comme un atout
- Certification ASP Construction obligatoire
- Permis de conduire valide au Québec et accès à un véhicule fiable requis

About the Role
As a Construction Project Coordinator within our REMS team in Montreal, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient execution of all phases of construction projects, from tendering through close‑out. You are highly organized, proactive, and bring a positive, solutions‑oriented approach. Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Track and create CDRs and complete construction‑related follow‑ups
- Update project trackers, LLW, CAPEX, and TI records; oversee business case project tracking
- Create Project Management Fee invoices
- Complete business case documentation with guidance from the Property Team and Construction Manager
- Update CAPEX files as directed by the Property Team and Construction Manager
- Assist with pre‑construction and tendering processes, including review of final bid submissions
- Develop and maintain risk registers, issue logs, and project repositories
- Shadow the Project Manager during onsite construction meetings
- Complete site inspections and create internal action items as required
- Track project costs and prepare change management reports
- Create purchase orders for construction projects
- Coordinate construction requirements with tenants
- Assist in preparing construction budgets
- Support landlord review of tenant construction documents, including preparing base building letters, reviewing drawings, and verifying lease requirements
- Coordinate with corporate construction teams
- Review leases (TI, LLW) and other management requirements
- Prepare and submit tenant TI and LLW packages for landlord payment
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring

- Bilingual: English and French
- Post‑secondary education in Architectural Technology, Building Science, or Project Management

- Valid Quebec driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle required
