Construction Di Paolo is looking for an experienced project coordinator to support its team in managing large-scale public projects.

We are looking for a structured, fast, rigorous, and proactive person who is familiar with the reality of a general contractor and who can effectively coordinate the administrative, documentary, and operational aspects of files, in close collaboration with project managers.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with project managers on the administrative and documentary management of files
  • Prepare, organize, and follow up on project documentation
  • Manage QRTs, CCDs, directives, notices, document follow-ups, and correspondence
  • Coordinate communications with professionals, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up of site closing documents
  • Compile and coordinate site closing manuals
  • Ensure follow-up of releases, warranties, technical sheets, shop drawings, compliance documents, and closing documents
  • Follow up with subcontractors, suppliers, and professionals
  • Coordinate the circulation and validation of documents among stakeholders
  • Maintain complete, structured, and up-to-date files
  • Support the team in administrative and contractual follow-ups related to public projects
  • Update tracking tools and document management platforms
  • Contribute to the improvement of the team's processes and work methods

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience as a project coordinator in construction
  • Experience with a general contractor
  • Experience in public projects, a strong asset
  • Good command of site documentation and project closing
  • Knowledge of QRTs, CCDs, releases, site closing manuals, and contractual documentation
  • Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple files in parallel
  • Good sense of priorities and great rigor in follow-ups
  • Autonomy, leadership, and initiative
  • Excellent command of written and spoken French
  • Good command of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with Procore, a significant asset
