Copilot & AI Solutions Architect (German-speaking)

About

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Copilot & AI Solutions Architect to support enterprise customers in their AI transformation journey.

This is a customer‑facing role where you will act as a trusted advisor, helping organizations leverage Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, and AI Agents to drive business value, enhance productivity, and accelerate innovation.

• ✅ German (B2+ minimum) and English – both mandatory
• ✅ Currently living in Germany (required)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into AI‑driven solutions
• Lead architecture design and technical engagements focused on Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI Agents
• Support customers in adopting and scaling AI solutions, ensuring long‑term value and ROI
• Design and implement AI agents, Copilot solutions, and workflow automations
• Guide customers through implementation, adoption strategies, and change management
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including sales, engineering, and delivery
• Contribute to best practices, reusable assets, and internal knowledge sharing
• Stay up to date with AI technologies, Copilot capabilities, and industry trends

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cloud, IT consulting, architecture, or related roles
• Proven experience in customer‑facing roles, leading workshops and technical discussions
• Strong experience working with enterprise‑level stakeholders and complex environments

Technical Expertise

Hands‑on experience with:

• Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat
• AI agent development (Copilot Studio or similar tools)

Strong understanding of:

• AI architecture and foundation models
• Prompt engineering and AI solution design
• Microsoft Graph and enterprise data integration

Experience with:

• Programming/scripting (e.g., Python, .NET, JavaScript, PowerShell)
• AI frameworks (e.g., Semantic Kernel, LangChain)
• Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or customizing AI and Copilot‑based solutions
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and Responsible AI practices
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure, AI, Microsoft 365)
