We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager to support a leading Saudi Arabian insurance company as part of their core insurance system transformation within the health insurance line of business.

What Youll Do

  • Provide expert guidance on health core insurance system design and implementation.
  • Enable business units to achieve strategic and transformation goals by translating business needs into effective system and process solutions.
  • Support operational transformation initiatives using strong domain knowledge across health insurance value chains.
  • Advise on improvements to the end-to-end customer journey enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Define and propose effective testing strategies (functional integration UAT) and oversee test execution.
  • Deliver impartial best-practice recommendations across business processes systems and data.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer and training ensuring capability uplift and sustainable adoption of new systems and processes.

Youre Our Match If You Have

  • 5 years of experience in program management with at least 2 years leading large digital transformation programs.
  • Prior experience working on insurance and specifically health insurance transformation programs.
  • Deep understanding of digital platforms customer experience and agile delivery models.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams including UX tech strategy and data.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills able to present to C-level executives.
  • A structured mindset with the ability to juggle multiple work streams without losing control.
  • PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certifications.
  • Open to contract-based engagement (not a permanent role).
  • Available to work on-site in Riyadh.
