Experteer Overview In this role you will guide product marketing, agronomy support, and lifecycle decisions for corn, sorghum, and cotton across EMEA/APAC. You’ll translate field evidence and farmer needs into compelling product concepts, launches, and practical guidance, influencing regional strategy and commercial execution. You will connect Research, Agronomy, Production, Marketing and Sales to drive profitable growth and product clarity. Leistungen / Benefits • Guide regional product strategy and marketing for corn, sorghum and cotton based on crop strategy, market insights and agronomic needs • Define product positioning by geography, environment, customer segment, and use case with licensing readiness in mind • Develop value propositions, launch stories, technical arguments and competitive differentiation for regional leaders and country teams • Lead product lifecycle decisions from concept to phase-out, aligning with profitability, supply and strategic relevance • Collaborate with Portfolio, Demand, Supply Chain and Licensing to manage plans, inventory, and market protection • Build deep understanding of product performance across countries, environments and licensing partners; translate data into recommendations • Support trial design, interpretation and data valorization to inform advancement, positioning and launches • Define where products should win or not, creating USPs and positioning by country and context • Support Licensing portfolio strategy, partner readiness and value creation; validate products by geography and environment • Develop regional product concepts reflecting geographies, agronomic profiles, stress tolerance and commercial potential • Create training and knowledge transfer content for sales, promoters, and country teams • Collaborate with Research, Agronomy, Portfolio Leaders and cross-functional teams to drive evidence-based decisions • Provide structured feedback to Research based on trial results, field observations and performance data • Coordinate field trials, tours and product advancement reviews to support pre-commercial activities • Ensure alignment between positioning, agronomic recommendations, campaigns and country deployment priorities

Aufgaben • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Plant Breeding, Agricultural Engineering, Agrobusiness, Marketing, Business or related field • Strong experience in seeds, product management, agronomy, technical marketing, portfolio management, Research interface or commercial crop leadership • Ability to interpret product performance data, trials and field observations into actionable recommendations • Knowledge of lifecycle management, positioning, launch planning and field deployment; fluent English • EMEA/APAC and digital trial tool experience preferred
