Purpose of the Position

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Corporate Account Manager to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate clients. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction while identifying growth opportunities and delivering tailored document management solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, aligning client needs with innovative solutions, and providing strategic insights to both clients and management through proactive engagement and data-driven reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Customer Management & Engagement • Oversee and manage a portfolio of corporate clients, understanding their business objectives and operational needs. • Maintain proactive communication with key stakeholders, including IT Managers, Procurement Heads, Financial Directors, and C-level executives. • Align solutions with evolving client requirements, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor. • Act as an escalation point for service or operational issues, ensuring timely resolution through internal collaboration.

Reporting & Insights • Compile weekly CRM reports detailing client engagements, opportunities, and challenges. • Conduct monthly account reviews, providing insights into account performance and strategic direction. • Analyze client satisfaction surveys and recommend improvements. • Deliver market intelligence, including competitor activity and industry trends. • Contribute to sales forecasting and strategic planning.

Contract Management & Optimization • Identify cost-saving opportunities in document management and printing. • Recommend solutions to improve workflow efficiency, productivity, and data security. • Provide strategic consultation on industry trends and emerging technologies. • Facilitate training to ensure full adoption of solutions.

Advanced Reporting & Analysis

Provide detailed reports including: • Fleet utilization and device performance metrics • Over/under-utilization analysis with optimization recommendations • Departmental/device usage breakdowns • Workflow and print behavior insights • Strategic recommendations for improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing processes

Minimum Requirements

Experience • Minimum 5 years' sales experience in Office Automation or IT industry (corporate clients essential) • Minimum 5 years' account management experience
