Key Responsibilities

Month-End & Quarter-End Close

• Support monthly and quarterly close processes
• Ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely
• Maintain compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls
• Assist with journal entries, reconciliations, and close deliverables

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for internal and external use
• Analyze variances, identify trends, and recommend adjustments
• Prepare account reconciliations and supporting schedules
• Work with large data sets to evaluate performance metrics

Business Partnership

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues
• Support planning, forecasting, and business decision-making
• Present financial results and insights to leadership when needed

Audit & Regulatory Support

• Assist internal and external audit processes
• Support regulatory reporting and data requests

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains
• Participate in projects related to systems, reporting, and process enhancements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 1+ years public accounting experience

Pay

$80,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year
