As a Corporate Development Analyst in our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's strategic growth. Your responsibilities will include supporting the execution of M&A transactions, conducting industry research, and building financial models to evaluate investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive industry and company research to identify potential M&A targets and investment opportunities, providing critical insights to senior management.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate transaction opportunities, supporting informed decision-making regarding valuation and deal structuring.
- Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence, financial analysis, and documentation, ensuring smooth deal processes.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and the board of directors, communicating key findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape, providing proactive insights
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build and interpret complex financial models, including valuation, discounted cash flow, and merger consequence analysis.
- Proven experience in conducting thorough industry and company research, with a strong understanding of financial statements and key performance indicators.
- Solid understanding of M&A transaction processes, including due diligence, negotiation, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
