Position: Corporate Strategy and Development Associate

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $100 – $200/hour

Role Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and refine detailed financial models, including DCF and three-statement models, to support data-driven decision making.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking initiatives to optimize strategic priorities and resource allocation.
• Conduct valuation analyses for potential investments, partnerships, and M&A opportunities.
• Perform comprehensive due diligence on potential targets, analyzing operational, financial, and strategic metrics.
• Prepare clear and persuasive presentations and strategic memos for executive leadership and board-level discussions.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and macroeconomic factors to inform strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support the execution of strategic initiatives and track outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in financial modeling, including DCF and three-statement models.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and valuation techniques within corporate or strategic finance environments.
• Experience conducting detailed due diligence for investments or transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional presentation style.
• Demonstrated experience supporting strategic planning or business development initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in remote work environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
