What You Can Expect

• You will provide holistic consulting to owner-managed companies and owner families on financing and structuring projects.
• You will develop individual financing solutions for growth, succession, M&A, shareholder changes, and refinancing.
• You will structure and manage financing processes from conception to closing.
• You will create and analyze financial models, business plans, and decision-making bases.
• You will work closely with clients, banks, investors, and other financing partners.
• You will actively contribute to the further development of our consulting approach and build and maintain long-term client relationships.

What You Should Bring

• You have completed a degree in business administration (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking).
• You have several years of professional experience in corporate finance, financing, M&A, management consulting, or financial institutions.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of corporate finance (debt, mezzanine, equity) and excellent skills in financial modeling and analysis of complex business models.
• You have strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking.
• You have experience working with owner-managed companies and ideally with growth, succession, or transformation processes.
• You are capable and motivated to build and maintain your own network and to acquire new mandates and projects.
• You have fluent German and English language skills.
