Corporate Finance Project Manager | Geneva, CH | Hybrid

Primary Role

• Lead and manage the Management side of the Long-Term Funding Project, ensuring structured governance, clear timelines, preparation of deliverables and effective stakeholder coordination.

Immediate Impact

• Hit the ground running to lead high-priority finance projects with minimal onboarding time.

Project Management Leadership

• Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives in corporate finance, restructuring, and funding contexts. Ensure clear prioritization, structured timelines, and delivery against tight deadlines.

Financial Expertise

• Apply strong corporate finance knowledge, including funding mechanisms (debt, equity, hybrids), capital structuring, and intercompany financing. Professional qualifications (Chartered Accountant, CFA, MBA) are highly desirable.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders (Board, CEO, CFO, Treasury, Tax, Legal), managing expectations and building consensus across diverse functions.

Communication Excellence

• Translate complex financial concepts into actionable plans and high-quality presentation materials for executive and Board-level audiences.

Advisory Mindset

• Act as a trusted advisor, bringing insights and recommendations that align with strategic objectives.
