We are looking for a dynamic manager to enhance the health and wellness programs across our retirement communities. Your role will involve working closely with residence teams and corporate partners to foster compliance and improve clinical operations. You'll be pivotal in engaging families in care decisions and optimizing care plans for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Tailor resident care through effective assessments
• Lead hiring, training, and ongoing education of staff
• Ensure efficient delivery of clinical programs
• Maintain regulatory and safety compliance
• Support marketing efforts through wellness assessments

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
• Current RPN certification and First Aid/CPR
• Strong background in geriatrics and healthcare administration
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
