Charger Logistics is a trusted, asset-based freight and logistics company with operations across Canada, the United States, and Mexico. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a results-driven Corporate Recruiter to join our HR team and support talent acquisition across the organization.
As a Corporate Recruiter at Charger Logistics, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of corporate and operational roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a positive experience for every candidate — from first contact to offer.
Pay Range
50,000-70,000
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and operational roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to develop job postings, define role requirements, and align on hiring strategies
- Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative channels
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs
- Represent Charger Logistics at career fairs, networking events, and post-secondary recruitment initiatives
- Track and report on recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source of hire, and pipeline activity
- Ensure all recruitment activity complies with applicable employment legislation, including Ontario's pay transparency and AI disclosure requirements
- Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition data within the ATS
- Support onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
What You Bring
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate or in-house environment
- Experience recruiting for logistics, transportation, or supply chain roles is an asset
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and job posting platforms such as Indeed
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with Ontario employment legislation and best practices in recruitment compliance
- CHRP designation or working towards it is considered an asset
