You will also get to enhance the talent acquisition process continuously.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment processes from start to finish
- Work closely with hiring leaders on role definitions
- Drive initiatives for student hiring and campus events
- Monitor data to achieve recruitment targets
- Promote Extendicare’s brand through strategic outreach
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment
- Direct campus recruitment and event experience
- Strong relationship-building skills required
- Ability to work with MS Office Suite
- Relevant post-secondary education in HR or Business
