Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will drive full-cycle recruitment efforts while collaborating with hiring leaders to create appealing job descriptions. Your relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be crucial for effective campus recruitment and data-driven improvement in recruitment strategies. You will also get to enhance the talent acquisition process continuously.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment processes from start to finish
• Work closely with hiring leaders on role definitions
• Drive initiatives for student hiring and campus events
• Monitor data to achieve recruitment targets
• Promote Extendicare’s brand through strategic outreach

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment
• Direct campus recruitment and event experience
• Strong relationship-building skills required
• Ability to work with MS Office Suite
• Relevant post-secondary education in HR or Business
