We at Kelly® hear you, and we’re here for you! We’re seeking a Corporate Recruiter to work at a leading organization in Mississauga, ON for approximately 12 months (maternity leave coverage).
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation
$40–$43/hr for a 37.5-hour workweek
Shift
Hybrid (Mon-Thurs onsite, WFH on Friday), 8:30am–5:00pm, 37.5 hr workweek
Contract
12 months (maternity leave coverage) though Kelly Services

What’s a typical day as Corporate Recruiter? You’ll be:
- Ensuring alignment of executive talent pipelines with organizational vision, strategies, and objectives
- Analyzing critical positions and monitoring future talent needs while evaluating key talent
- Collecting, analyzing, and preparing presentations on talent including employee performance, development needs, action plans, coaching, and succession planning
- Coordinating the collection and reporting of talent data from multiple sources
- Designing and creating strategic staffing slates and career development plans for top talent using workforce management reporting and talent metrics
- Applying data-driven approaches to develop and retain top talent across the Americas
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have at least 7 years of directly related corporate, professional-level experience, preferably in HR or Talent Management
- Bilingual English and French is an strong asset but not mandatory
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, with an MBA highly preferred
- Possess strong experience presenting to multiple levels of leadership, gaining buy-in, and driving business initiatives
- Have experience coaching for leadership development and supporting/interacting with executives (minimum 1 year)
- Demonstrate excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Success Factors, and other PC applications
- Have mandatory ATS experience, with Workday experience desirable
- Are comfortable with occasional day or overnight travel
