Position Overview

  • Title: Recruiter (Full-time Corporate)
  • Location: Dallas Ft. Worth Metroplex (Hybrid / Virtual with bi‑weekly meetings in Irving, TX)
  • Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40+ hours as needed
  • Job Classification: Full-time, Non‑Exempt, Non‑Supervisory
  • Base Compensation: $20‑$22 per Hour + Quarterly Bonus
  • Pay Period: Bi‑Weekly Payroll

Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, this role is responsible for attracting and hiring high‑quality candidates through proactive sourcing and effective communication. The Recruiter will drive the full‑cycle recruiting process, ensuring a strong candidate pipeline while upholding the company’s reputation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate job descriptions for new positions and post to online job boards.
  • Review and analyze resumes using online sourcing and alternative solutions.
  • Search job boards, websites, and leverage employee referrals for potential candidates.
  • Evaluate applications to ensure candidates meet minimum position requirements.
  • Interview candidates, discuss role highlights, and assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate the pre‑hire process including offer letters, background checks, and drug screens.
  • Input new hires into HRIS and guide them through the onboarding process.
  • Collect recruiting data such as cost per hire, time‑to‑hire, and retention rates, and prepare reports.
  • Develop recruiting plans and research new sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Participate in team calls, meetings, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 – 3 years of Full Cycle Recruiting experience.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (including Excel pivot tables and graphing).

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of recruiting experience in Transportation, Light Industrial, or Warehousing.
  • 3‑5 years of combined education and work experience in Recruiting.
