About the role
Position Overview
Responsible for leading end-to-end, full-cycle recruitment for high-volume and specialized roles within a corporate IT and financial services environment. This role partners closely with internal Hiring Managers and business leaders to design and execute talent strategies aligned to organizational goals. The recruiter operates as a strategic advisor, driving hiring outcomes through data, advanced sourcing methodologies, and best-in-class candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the full recruitment lifecycle: requisition intake, workforce planning, job posting, talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and business stakeholders to define hiring needs, calibrate candidate profiles, establish timelines, and manage expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies, including:
- Advanced Boolean and X-ray search techniques
- Deep web sourcing across niche platforms and talent communities
- Leveraging referrals, networking groups, and passive candidate pipelines
- Demonstrate expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, including targeted messaging campaigns, talent branding, and pipeline engagement strategies.
- Utilize Workday for requisition management, job postings, and hiring workflows; leverage Eightfold for candidate relationship management and AI-driven talent matching.
- Maintain consistent pipeline activity using sourcing tools such as HireEZ, LinkedIn, and other technologies.
Recruiting Metrics & Performance Management
- Drive measurable outcomes using recruiting KPIs, including:
- Submittals to Interview Ratio
- Interview to Hire Ratio
- Hire to Start Ratio
- Time to Fill / Time to Start
- Submittals per Week / Hires per Month
- Analyze funnel performance and adjust sourcing and screening strategies to improve conversion rates and speed to hire.
- Ensure accurate reporting and data integrity across all recruiting systems.
Candidate & Client Management
- Conduct structured candidate screening and behavioral interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Provide consultative guidance to Hiring Managers on market trends, compensation benchmarking, and talent availability.
- Lead offer negotiation discussions, ensuring alignment with company compensation frameworks and candidate expectations.
Operational Excellence
- Manage a high-volume requisition load with competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity (EEO) standards and internal hiring policies.
- Support company initiatives related to compensation strategy, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail in requisition tracking, documentation, and communication.
Required Experience & Skills
- 2–5+ years of experience in:
- High-volume recruiting
- Full-cycle corporate recruiting
- Candidate and stakeholder management
- Demonstrated experience recruiting within IT and/or financial services environments.
- Strong expertise in:
- Boolean search and X-ray sourcing
- Talent market mapping and competitive intelligence
- LinkedIn messaging, networking groups, and referral generation
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and operate as a trusted talent advisor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technology Requirements
- Hands-on experience with:
- Workday (ATS and requisition lifecycle management)
- Eightfold (candidate engagement and AI-driven sourcing)
- Sourcing platforms such as HireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other talent intelligence tools
