Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting

    • Manage the entire hiring process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer generation, and onboarding.
    • Recruit for Restaurant Managers across our Texas market.
    • Prioritize quality hires and cultural fit above merely filling vacancies.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development

    • Proactively identify and source candidates using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and CareerBuilder.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talented candidates for current and future positions.
    • Review and screen large volumes of resumes through the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership

    • Work closely with Area Coaches, Operations Leaders, and Restaurant Managers to understand hiring needs and staffing forecasts.
    • Provide expert guidance on interview techniques, candidate assessments, and hiring best practices.
    • Maintain regular communication with operations teams regarding hiring needs and recruiting progress.
  • Candidate Screening & Assessment

    • Conduct competency-based phone interviews and evaluate candidates effectively.
    • Assess candidates for culture fit, leadership potential, technical skills, and operational readiness.
  • Offer Management & Onboarding

    • Present comprehensive compensation packages including salary, bonuses, and benefits.
    • Guide candidates through all onboarding steps including background checks and drug screenings.
    • Track onboarding progress and maintain ongoing communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Recruitment Strategy

    • Assist restaurant managers in developing hiring strategies to meet store-level staffing needs.
    • Help organize in-market job fairs at various restaurants.
    • Continuously assess and enhance recruiting processes for greater efficiency and hiring quality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume context (preferably in the restaurant or hospitality sector).
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proactive, responsive style.
  • Proven ability to foster strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
  • Experience in sourcing candidates via major job boards and networking platforms.
  • Decisive and skilled in problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated and effective in a fast-paced environment.
