Are you an experienced recruiter who acts quickly, takes ownership, and can effortlessly manage multiple vacancies simultaneously? Do you want to temporarily contribute to a professional HR organization within business services, where quality, stakeholder management, and candidate experience are central?

For an organization within legal services, we are looking for a temporary Corporate Recruiter who will be independently responsible for the entire recruitment process. You will take over an existing vacancy portfolio, liaise directly with hiring managers, and ensure structure, speed, and a strong candidate experience within the recruitment operation.

You will join a professional and informal recruitment team within HR, where you will work closely with recruitment colleagues and act as a strong sparring partner for the business.

Responsibilities

As a Corporate Recruiter, you are responsible for the independent execution and coordination of the entire recruitment process within a corporate environment.

Your tasks include:

  • Self-employed execution of the full recruitment process from intake to employment.
  • Taking over and managing an existing vacancy portfolio.
  • Advising hiring managers and translating vacancy intakes into suitable recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinating application procedures and guiding candidates throughout the process.
  • Monitoring planning, progress, and candidate experience.
  • Preparing funnel reports and recruitment updates.
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the optimization of recruitment processes and campus recruitment.

Qualifications

For this role, we are looking for an independent and strong recruitment professional who can be operationally deployed quickly.

Additionally, you possess:

  • HBO work and thinking level.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably corporate and interim.
  • Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills at management level.
  • Experience with ATS systems and recruitment data/KPIs.
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language in word and writing.
  • A structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach.

Offer

For this temporary position, the following is offered:

  • Temporary assignment from June 1 to December 1, 2026.
  • Salary up to a maximum of €5,000 gross per month based on 40 hours.
  • 28-32 hours per week.
  • Location: Leusden (hybrid).
  • Flexible contract through our agency.
