Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the monthly accounting close process, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliations.
• Support various corporate and divisional accounting projects to enhance financial operations.
• Facilitate internal control documentation and processes to uphold financial integrity.
• Contribute to the annual budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Deliver timely analyses (both ad hoc and routine) to empower management decision-making.
• Provide analytical support for operational initiatives.
• Prepare schedules and documentation for internal and external audit reviews.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience is required.
• Experience in public accounting and external audits is highly preferred.
• Background in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Familiarity with major ERP systems is advantageous.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are necessary.
