Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the monthly accounting close process, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliations.
- Support various corporate and divisional accounting projects to enhance financial operations.
- Facilitate internal control documentation and processes to uphold financial integrity.
- Contribute to the annual budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Deliver timely analyses (both ad hoc and routine) to empower management decision-making.
- Provide analytical support for operational initiatives.
- Prepare schedules and documentation for internal and external audit reviews.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience is required.
- Experience in public accounting and external audits is highly preferred.
- Background in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Familiarity with major ERP systems is advantageous.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are necessary.
