About the role
Role Overview
This is a contract-to-hire (temp-to-perm) recruiting role supporting hiring initiatives within a consumer products and technology-focused organization. The primary focus is on technical recruiting across engineering disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, and software engineering. This position partners closely with hiring managers to deliver full-cycle recruiting support and drive hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a workload of approximately 12–15 direct-hire requisitions at a time
- Execute full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and perform talent mapping
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other channels
- Conduct phone screens and video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Use recruiting data, metrics, and market insights to influence hiring decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience preferred
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience required
- Experience recruiting for engineering roles (electrical, mechanical, software)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Agency recruiting experience acceptable if combined with corporate/in-house experience
