In this role, you will monitor plant performance through accurate financial reporting and variance analysis. Collaborate closely with plant leadership, evaluating the impact of costs related to materials, labor, and production yields. Your financial insights will inform process improvement initiatives, enabling operational teams to make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
• Evaluate variances in costs and productivity
• Support teams with ongoing financial analysis
• Oversee month-end physical inventory counts
• Prepare month-end reports and financial schedules

Requirements

• Diploma/degree in accounting or finance
• 2 years of cost accounting experience
• Proficient in MS Office, advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of ERP systems, AS400 preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
