Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cost Controller to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing cost control strategies, analyzing cost data, and providing financial insights to support the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cost control systems and procedures.
  • Conduct cost analysis and variance analysis to identify cost reduction opportunities.
  • Prepare and analyze cost reports and budgets.
  • Monitor and control production costs, including material, labor, and overhead expenses.
  • Identify and implement cost‑saving measures.
  • Collaborate with production and procurement departments to optimize costs.
  • Participate in the development of pricing strategies.
  • Provide financial support to the management team.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in cost control and management accounting within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the metal manufacturing industry.

  • Certification in cost management (e.g., CMA).
