Your Profile

• Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification; alternatively, relevant technical or commercial training with corresponding professional experience.
• Several years of experience in construction cost calculation with a focus on construction services in cost groups 300 and 400 (building in existing structures) as well as a solution-oriented, pragmatic way of working.
• Proficient use of MS Office and common calculation software (e.g. ORCA, California, BKI).
• A structured, analytical and independent work style paired with negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills, high level of commitment and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Excellent German skills; good English skills are required.
