About the role
About the Role
We are looking for a creative intern to support our marketing team with day-to‑to‑day content production. This is a hands‑on role focused on creating social media assets and helping us maintain a consistent presence online. You will report to the Marketing & Creators Lead and work on projects ranging from social media graphics to more involved video projects.
【Please confirm your school's CPT application timeline, as we are looking for candidates who are available to start in April.】
What You’ll Do
- Content Creation: Brainstorm, shoot, and edit high-quality short‑form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
- Graphic Design: Use Canva or Adobe Suite to create on‑brand assets for social posts, ads, and newsletters.
- Trend Spotting: Keep us ahead of the curve by identifying viral sounds, memes, and platform updates before they peak.
- Engagement: Help manage our community by responding to comments and engaging with our audience.
What We’re Looking For
- The Creative Eye: You have a portfolio (or a very aesthetic personal feed) that shows off your design and video editing skills.
- Tech Savvy: You’re a pro with CapCut, Canva, and native platform editors.
- Big Picture Thinking: You don't just post; you understand why a post works and how it fits into a brand’s goals.
- Reliability: You can hit deadlines, communicate clearly, proactively share ideas, and respond to feedback productively.
- rednote Knowledge: You have experience using the platform and understand its unique aesthetic and community. You should be familiar with the feed, how the algorithm surface content, and the type of visual storytelling that resonates there.
Bonus Points If You Have...
- You’re comfortable speaking to the camera and bring a natural, authentic energy. You may be asked to hop in front of the camera to host tutorials, trends, or "day in the life" clips.
- Experience with shooting photography or videography.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and hashtag strategy.
- Copywriting skills that aren't "AI-generated" (we value a strong writing voice!)
- Personal experience as a user of rednote.
How to Apply
Send us your resume and one link to something you’ve created (a portfolio, a TikTok you’re proud of, or a design project).
