Maison de Carine

Washington · On-site Internship Entry Level 1w ago

About the role

At Maison de Carine, we don’t just set tables; we set the stage for life’s most beautiful moments. We are looking for a forward-thinking Creative Marketing Intern who connects luxury storytelling with emerging technology.

This isn't a "get the coffee" internship. We need a digital artisan who can take the lead, experiment with AI-driven workflows, and produce captivating video content that maintains our high-luxury brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertisements
  • Assist in developing video concepts, storyboards, and shot lists aligned with marketing goals
  • Capture behind-the-scenes, product, event, and promotional footage
  • Edit videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar)
  • Optimize video content for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Integrate AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Sora, or ElevenLabs) to enhance visuals, generate b-roll, or streamline the editing process
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to maintain brand consistency
  • Manage and organize video assets, raw footage, and project files
  • Stay up to date with video, social media, and content marketing trends

Additional Responsibilities

We are a luxury brand in the events industry, and because our work centers around events, all employees are expected to actively participate in event execution, including on-site support. This role requires flexibility, with availability for nights and weekends as needed to meet the demands of our event schedule.

  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of events, providing on-site support as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with event teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Drive company vehicles to transport rental items to and from events (must have valid driver’s license).
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles.
  • Occasional travel to destination events.

Qualifications

  • Experience filming and editing video content for social media or digital marketing
  • Expertise in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or After Effects, alongside your favorite AI creative suite
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats, and performance metrics
  • Strong storytelling, visual composition, and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record for event transportation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and be flexible with hours based on event schedules.
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to take on a variety of tasks.

Why Maison de Carine?

  • Work with a leader in the luxury tabletop and event industry
  • Complete creative freedom to build a portfolio of high-end, tech-forward content
  • Mentorship in brand positioning and luxury market dynamics.
