ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Creative Program Manager, you will be a strategic leader who closely collaborates with marketing and product teams to plan and execute creative projects. You will forecast project timelines, align initiatives with marketing objectives, address challenges proactively, and work with various cross-functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning

  • Prioritize projects with marketing and product leadership based on impact and resource needs.
  • Influence marketing creative plans related to in-product experiences across our brand family.
  • Identify key challenges proactively for marketing and advertising initiatives.
  • Take a comprehensive approach to problem-solving and propose creative solutions.
  • Advocate for innovative in-product marketing experiences and initiatives.
  • Plan resource allocations and coordinate efforts across multiple projects.

Partnerships

  • Develop robust partnerships with marketers and product teams, including design and management.
  • Build trusting relationships with creative and production partners.
  • Nurture connections with insights, analytics, research, and media teams.

Program Management

  • Oversee creative projects to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Act as the main point of contact for agencies involved in in-product marketing efforts.
  • Effectively balance competing needs with sound reasoning and creativity.
  • Manage resource coordination across several projects.
  • Provide a strategic view on problems to identify effective solutions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS degree or 10+ years of relevant experience in a creative agency, production studio, or digital product marketing.
  • Experience collaborating with marketers and product teams.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience, including work with media and analytics disciplines.
  • Track record of managing marketing or product projects through creative development phases.
  • Familiarity with overseeing campaigns involving live action, digital, and animation.
  • Strong skills in prioritization, problem-solving, and multitasking.
