Overview
We are seeking a Creative Project Manager (Mid–Senior level) who bridges design, UX, and web delivery, translating concepts into structured, executable plans across cross-functional teams. This role will support multiple concurrent creative workstreams, working closely with design and product leads to translate concepts into structured, executable plans.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of UX workflows, Figma‑based design processes, and website delivery, and can effectively coordinate across distributed teams to ensure timely, high‑quality execution. This is a highly collaborative role focused on orchestration, alignment, and execution, rather than pure technical ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive coordination across multiple concurrent creative and UX‑driven workstreams, ensuring alignment between design, content, and engineering teams
- Partner closely with design and product leads to translate concepts and requirements into structured delivery plans
- Manage and maintain backlogs, sprint plans, and prioritization frameworks across workstreams
- Track and manage cross‑functional dependencies, risks, and timelines to ensure smooth execution
- Act as the central coordination layer between design, UX, content, and engineering teams
- Ensure seamless execution from design through development and release, without direct ownership of engineering delivery
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, alignment, and status reporting across internal and client teams
- Bring structure to ambiguous or evolving requirements and drive clarity across teams
Required Experience & Skills
- 7–10 years of experience in Creative Project Management, UX Program Management, or Digital Delivery roles
- Strong experience working across the full website lifecycle (concept → design → development → launch), with a focus on coordination and execution
- Solid understanding of:
- UX and design workflows
- Figma and design collaboration processes
- Website development fundamentals and CMS‑driven environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams in fast‑paced environments
- Hands‑on experience with backlog management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar) and agile delivery practices
- Experience working with distributed teams across time zones (SF, Atlanta, LATAM)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Profile
- Background in design or UX, with the ability to effectively collaborate with design teams
- Experience operating in design‑led or UX‑heavy environments
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving requirements
- Ability to balance creative thinking with structured execution
- Experience working on high‑visibility, cross‑functional digital initiatives
Work Model
- Preferred: San Francisco‑based, working onsite Tuesday through Thursday
- Alternate: NA timezone‑aligned resource with the ability to collaborate closely with distributed teams
- Role will support multiple concurrent workstreams and require strong cross‑team coordination
