About

Within Ubisoft Global Publishing's Global Content Creators department, you will assist the Creator Operations team in setting up and optimizing the processes and tools necessary for managing campaigns with content creators.

Missions

Your main missions will be:

Project Management

• Contribute to the management of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• Coordinate efforts between different teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Deployment of New Processes

• Assist in planning and coordinating the deployment of new operational processes.
• Train teams on new procedures and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
• Document processes and create guides and user manuals for end-users.

Analysis and Improvement of Operational Processes

• Participate in evaluating existing processes and tools to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement automation solutions to optimize operations.
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators to measure the impact of improvements made.

Competitive Intelligence

• Follow industry news and conduct benchmarks and case studies related to creator strategies and trends.

Qualifications

• Student with a first experience in influencer marketing, working with influencers, digital marketing, or project management (in the context of the mentioned fields).
• Solid project coordination and management skills.
• Diplomatic, team-oriented, with good communication skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Advanced user of MS Office or Open Office.
• A passion for the video game industry and video game content creators is a plus.
