Creator Partnerships Manager / Talent Recruiter

We are a global live-streaming agency specializing in TikTok entertainment. Our team has achieved strong results across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and other international markets.

We are now expanding rapidly in the U.S. market and building our local Los Angeles team. We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Creator Partnerships Manager / Talent Recruiter to identify, recruit, and support TikTok creators.

This role is ideal for someone who understands social media, enjoys meeting new people, and is excited about the creator economy, live streaming, and entertainment industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit promising TikTok creators through online outreach, social media, referrals, events, and offline channels
• Build strong relationships with creators and guide them through the onboarding process
• Communicate with signed creators regularly and support them with performance follow-up, content ideas, and live-streaming suggestions
• Help creators improve their live-streaming strategy, audience engagement, consistency, and growth
• Track creator performance, including streaming hours, consistency, audience retention, engagement, and revenue
• Provide improvement plans and motivation to help creators reach their goals
• Collaborate with the operations team on campaigns, platform events, monetization opportunities, and brand partnership opportunities
• Stay up to date on TikTok trends, creator trends, and entertainment market developments in Los Angeles and the broader U.S. market
• Share creator insights and market feedback with the team to improve recruitment and operations strategy

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of U.S. local culture, social media trends, and online entertainment
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus; Chinese is helpful but not required
• Familiarity with TikTok, live streaming, creator economy, influencer marketing, or digital entertainment preferred
• Strong communication, outreach, and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• Experience in sales, talent recruitment, creator management, MCN, influencer marketing, entertainment, or agency work is a plus
• Comfortable reaching out to new people online and in person
• Entry-level candidates are welcome if they are highly motivated, outgoing, and quick to learn
