Join our team as a Reliability Engineer where you will play a vital role in monitoring and maintaining Data Center infrastructure. You will manage incidents impacting services, conduct assessments, and ensure that engineering projects align with our company’s expectations. Responsibilities

  • Support reliability initiatives for crucial electrical, mechanical, and controls systems across assigned sites.
  • Review commissioning and startup plans ensuring systems fulfill design intent and operational supportability.
  • Assist in creating maintenance programs that enhance performance, minimize downtime, and control lifecycle costs.
  • Analyze performance, maintenance data, and operational trends to identify risks and areas for improvement.
  • Support root cause analysis to develop corrective actions for reliability challenges and repeated failures.
  • Coordinate with Site Operations to provide technical support during equipment failures and troubleshooting.
  • Evaluate construction submittments and operational documentation for maintainability and readiness.
  • Contribute to risk assessments, spare parts analysis, and lifecycle planning for critical assets.
  • Provide feedback to Design Engineering on reliability, maintainability and operational insights.
  • Help enhance site response procedures and promote reliable practices across our portfolio.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in critical facilities, data center operations, or related fields.
  • Proficient in mission-critical facility systems, particularly in electrical, mechanical, and controls.
  • Experience in maintenance planning, system testing, troubleshooting, or failure analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is preferred, but relevant experience is equally valued.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to collaborate across multiple teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to process discipline.
  • Ability to balance technical rigor with practical operational needs.

Preferred Skills / Certifications

  • Familiarity with CMMS and asset management systems.
  • Exposure to RAM analysis and lifecycle cost assessments.
  • Understanding of documentation such as one-lines and P&IDs.
  • Experience in data centers, healthcare, telecom, or other uptime-critical industries is a plus.

Physical Demands / Work Environment

This role involves working in mission-critical data center environments where reliability and responsiveness are paramount. Site visits may be required, including walking through sites and navigating stairs. You should be comfortable working safely in active operational settings. Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds may also be necessary.

Salary Range

Hiring Range from $97,500 to $199,500 per annum, with potential for bonus and equity.
