What You Will Do as a CRM Analyst
The CRM Analyst role is the responsible for the WWOF Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, acting as a strategic partner with internal stakeholders to help produce solutions that drive revenue and increase overall efficiencies.
How You Will Make a Difference
- Serve as a senior-level system administrator for the Salesforce Lightning environment managing fields/objects, record types, data validation, content/visuals, integrations, and other features as needed.
- Lead continuous analysis of Salesforce.com platform features, releases, upgrades, and best practices that align with organizational vision and strategy.
- Maintain proper documentation of processes, policies, and configurations in accordance with ISO requirements.
- Interpret communications between technical processes, business stakeholders, and users.
- Develop and execute comprehensive Salesforce CRM training for sales teams and end users, creating materials and leading sessions.
- Build and maintain reports/dashboards that monitor sales activity, revenue, and opportunity pipeline.
- Create training resources to support user adoption and best practices.
- Work with WWOF’s SFDF team and stakeholders to establish suitable processes for administrative, development, and change management activities.
- Qualify and evaluate vendors and applications to present business use cases for system improvement.
- Engage with brand managers, merchandisers, marketing, and other departments to define and document development requirements.
Skills For Success
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience; or relevant experience
- Current Salesforce Certified and Certified Advanced Administrator Certifications required
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder and Salesforce Certified Business Analyst preferred
- Experience in sales with an understanding of different sales methodologies and customer journeys
- Hands-on experience with core Salesforce features, including custom objects and automation
- Proven experience training sales teams and users on Salesforce
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a positive and flexible attitude
- Problem-solving skills to support business outcomes
- High energy level; self-starter willing to take initiative
- Passionate about technology and solving web-focused problems
