CRM & Clienteling Executive

My client based in Dublin 2, are seeking a CRM & Clienteling Executive with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining data, customer insight, and personalised communication to drive customer loyalty and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support CRM campaigns focused on customer engagement, retention, and repeat purchase
• Build and manage customer segments to support targeted marketing activity across the customer lifecycle
• Support clienteling activity by helping teams strengthen customer relationships through personalised outreach
• Create and optimise customer communications across channels including email and messaging platforms
• Analyse campaign and customer performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Produce regular CRM and customer insight reporting to support commercial decision-making
• Support loyalty, retention, and customer growth initiatives
• Work collaboratively across marketing, retail, and customer experience teams to deliver customer-focused activity
• Continuously test and improve CRM performance through data-led recommendations and optimisation

Experience Required

• 2–4 years’ experience in a CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement role
• Experience using CRM platforms and customer segmentation tools
• Strong understanding of customer retention, loyalty, and lifecycle marketing
• Confident analysing data and translating insights into actionable recommendations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Desirable

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Experience with email marketing or customer engagement platforms
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables and lookups
• Background in retail, e-commerce, luxury, or premium customer environments
