Do you want to evolve at the intersection of data, CRM, and marketing performance? Do you want to contribute to both operational and strategic topics in a dynamic environment? This internship is for you.
Within the team, you will participate in the management of CRM / PRM production, monitoring campaign performance, exploring new verticals and new markets, as well as various projects for structuring and evolving the CRM ecosystem.
Your role will be central in helping the team manage activity, ensure data reliability, analyze results, and support the development of new business topics.
Your Missions
On a daily basis, you will be involved in 5 main areas:
1. CRM / PRM Production
- Participate in the operational implementation of CRM / PRM campaigns
- Perform segmentation and targeting according to business objectives
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of databases
- Contribute to the optimization of CRM production processes
2. Performance & Reporting
- Monitor key campaign KPIs: conversion, engagement, commercial performance
- Produce regular reports and ad hoc analyses
- Identify actionable insights to improve performance
- Participate in the construction and evolution of monitoring dashboards
3. Expansion & Diversification
- Support the analysis of new verticals and new markets
- Study performance and development opportunities
- Adapt targeting, campaigns, and analyses to the specificities of each market
- Contribute to the thinking on CRM growth levers
4. Transverse Projects
- Participate in structuring projects
- Monitor the progress of topics in conjunction with the relevant teams
- Analyze field data to inform decisions
- Help coordinate actions and formalize needs
5. CRM Ecosystem Evolution
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM tools and flows
- Participate in identifying areas for process optimization
- Document evolutions and business needs
- Work with internal teams to streamline the existing ecosystem

- Reporting / BI: Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, Excel, SQL

- Partnerships & Data: CRM and data management tools like CDP / DMP
