About the role

Role Overview:

We are hiring a high-caliber, execution-driven professional to lead the digital transformation and revenue structuring of a fast-growing, multi-sector corporate group operating across Security, Facilities, Construction, Logistics, and Energy Trading.

This role combines CRM architecture + strategic business development.

You are expected to build the system AND drive the revenue through it.

What You’ll Actually Do

1. Drive High-Value Business Development

  • Originate and close large, complex deals across:
    • Public sector (tenders)
    • Corporate clients
    • Energy & fuel trading
  • Build relationships with decision-makers, partners, and suppliers
  • Lead negotiations and structure commercially viable, long-term contracts

This is not pipeline support—you are expected to own revenue creation.

2. Lead Digital Transformation (CRM & Systems)

  • Build and implement a group-wide CRM ecosystem (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho, or Salesforce)
  • Design structured pipelines for:
    • Tender & bid management
    • Corporate sales
    • Trading deal flow
  • Integrate systems to create end-to-end operational visibility

3. Own Commercial Performance

  • Create full visibility of:
    • Pipeline value
    • Conversion rates
    • Deal performance
  • Improve:
    • Tender win rates
    • Sales conversion
    • Client retention
  • Track profitability, volumes, and cash flow (especially in trading)

What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)

  • You’ve closed meaningful deals, not just built systems
  • CRM is fully implemented and actively used across divisions
  • Leadership has real-time visibility into revenue performance
  • The business operates with structure, accountability, and pipeline discipline

Role requirements:

  • 7+ years in business development, CRM implementation, or consulting
  • Proven experience closing high-value deals
  • Experience implementing CRM platforms (Dynamics, Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Exposure to tenders, multi-division environments, or trading

  • You have closed deals, not just supported sales
  • You have implemented systems, not just used them
  • You can operate directly with a CEO and drive outcomes
  • You can build from zero in a high-performance environment
