About the role

Role Overview

We are seeking a HubSpot Project Manager / Technical Lead to own and drive HubSpot strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization across marketing and CRM initiatives. This individual will act as the primary HubSpot subject-matter expert, working closely with internal stakeholders and client teams to ensure HubSpot is effectively supporting business, marketing, and sales objectives.

This role requires a mix of hands-on HubSpot expertise, project management ability, and strong marketing/CRM experience. Onsite presence at our Wayne, NJ office is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the HubSpot Lead for the account, owning platform strategy and execution
  • Manage end-to-end HubSpot initiatives, including onboarding, configuration, migrations, and enhancements
  • Act as the primary point of contact for marketing and CRM-related projects
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align HubSpot workflows with business processes
  • Design, implement, and optimize:
    • Define Marketing & CRM automation workflows
    • Building business rules, fixing data, how to use system & best practice
    • Lead lifecycle management
    • CRM pipelines and reporting
    • Campaign tracking and attribution
  • Translate business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions
  • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication for HubSpot-related projects
  • Ensure best practices around data quality, governance, and system adoption
  • Provide guidance, documentation, and light training to users as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM
  • Proven background in Marketing Operations, CRM Management, or HubSpot Consulting
  • Experience leading or managing HubSpot implementations or major optimizations
  • Solid understanding of marketing automation, lead management, and CRM workflows
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable working onsite in Wayne, NJ

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or similar)
  • Prior experience working directly with enterprise or client-facing accounts
  • Background in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing
  • Experience in agency or consulting environments
